Looking for a Part 2 with an interest in the transport sector

John McAslan + Partners, an award winning design-led studio, is currently looking for an experienced Part 2 assistant to join their London office to work on a diverse portfolio of new commissions within our transport sector.

We are currently working on several transformative projects and are looking for an assistant with an interest in transportation projects and working with large multi-disciplinary teams. The opportunity to collaborate on this place making project will develop career defining skills in technical delivery of a transport project and move the right candidate onto the next level

To be considered for this role you will need to have worked on a minimum of one transport project as an understanding of working within the transport sector will be key to this position.  The successful candidate will also need excellent design, technical and organisational skills and an appreciation and passion for architecture and engineering solutions. 

We are offering a competitive salary + benefits package including Part 3 sponsorship to the suitable candidate.  This is a great opportunity for the next steps in your career as well as the opportunity to see a fantastic project through to delivery and gain industry leading experience in the transport sector.

Due to the nature of these appointments, candidates with Microstation and AecoSim proficiency will be preferred.  Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills are also a benefit.  You will also need to be fully conversant with the Adobe Creative suite, SketchUp and working in a shared common data environment.

Immediate availability would be preferred but is not essential and depending on the suitability of experience will be offered as a permanent contract. Proof of your eligibility to work without restriction will be required.
