This mixed office and retail development at the heart of New Bond Street, one of London's premier retail streets, involved the partial demolition, rebuilding and renovation of a Grade II listed building, including its elaborate Beaux-Arts facade. The works included excavation of the basement level and construction of a new rear terraced extension to create open plan retail or office space, retention of the existing listed staircase and its extension to serve the building's upper floors.
