Learning Zone Building

The Learning Zone provides Lancaster University with a new kind of hybrid space - a social learning area.  This innovative concept provides an open, relaxed, and informal atmosphere in which students can learn individually or collectively.  The facility is available 24/7 to any student or academic across the campus.  Provided within is a range of different learning areas, ranging from fixed, technology rich 'pods' to individual, flexibly arranged study booths.  The whole space is flexible to the users' needs allowing them to customise their environment as they so wish.
