Lillie Square, London

This residential scheme was the first element of the wider Earl's Court Masterplan to win planning approval.  The project includes over 800 units distributed across eight blocks, ranging from a 16 storey tower of high-end flats to high quality affordable housing.  The variety of residential settings is informed by West London's private and semi-private gardens, the sequence of blocks and green spaces represented as a contemporary interpretation of London garden squares. The scheme features a new public park along the eastern boundary of the site.
