Apex Gardens occupies a prominent site at the junction of Tottenham High Road and Seven Sisters Road, adjacent to Seven Sisters Underground Station. Its design demonstrates how careful massing and response to planning policy can unlock significantly increased residential capacity on a constrained urban site.
The scheme delivers 163 tenure-blind homes within a distinctive 22-storey tower, marking the importance of the location within the townscape. The wider development comprises three buildings arranged around a new public square: the tower, a six-storey block providing additional affordable housing, and a row of affordable houses with retail space at ground level, intended for a local market operator.
