The Burrell Collection has been awarded the British Construction Industry Awards top prize, winning the Project of the Year for 2022. The project was also awarded the Cultural & Leisure Project of the Year at last night's ceremony. 

Speaking to the merits of the project, the BCI Award judging panel said The Burrell Collection ‘showcases the importance of working collaboratively with existing buildings to combat the climate crisis. On considering the project for the Project of the Year, the judges unanimously felt that this project was an exemplar for the future of the industry, positively contributing to both the local community and our planet.’
