Apex Gardens, a landmark 23-storey housing scheme in Tottenham for Granger PLC has complete. Located on a busy commuting junction at the corner of Tottenham High Road and Seven Sisters Road, John McAslan + Partners used careful design to deliver substantially more residential accommodation within the site’s challenging planning restrictions, delivering 163 apartments including 40 percent affordable.
