On Wednesday 26 June John McAslan (Executive Chairman, John McAslan + Partners) and Fanos Panayides (Director, John McAslan + Partners) spoke about the practice's work and process in transforming four heritage houses in Downtown Doha, Qatar. The event to launch the publication Msheireb Museums: Transforming Doha's Heritage Houses was hosted by Msheireb Properties at King's College London.

The following evening Fanos Panayides also spoke at an event hosted at RIBA and chaired by Paul Finch (The Architects' Journal) about the extensive work of the practice in Doha. He was joined by fellow architects also involved in the wider regeneration of the area, including Eric Parry RA (Founder & Principal, Eric Parry Architects), Michel Mossessian (CEO & Founder, Mossessian Architecture), and Simon Gathercole (Partner, Allies and Morrison).
