New metro stations honour Sydney's Indigenous heritage through art.
Sydney's new CBD metro line will open to passengers in the coming months. One of its new stations, Gadigal, is named after the traditional custodians of the land around Sydney's CBD. City of Sydney councillor Yvonne Weldon was the chair of the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council who advised on the name.
