Planning has been granted for Camberwell Green Quarter, Butterfly Walk in Southwark. The mixed-use development in the heart of Camberwell will see the redevelopment of Butterfly Walk shopping centre to create a vibrant centre true to the character of the local area. The scheme will deliver 145 new homes including 35% affordable, a new hotel, 2 screen cinema and a new public square.
