Çiftçi Towers

The pair of residential towers on a landscaped retail podium takes full advantage of extraordinary views from the site across Istanbul and towards the Bosphorus and Golden Horn beyond. The form of the towers also maximises environmental performance, and provides a new landmark for Istanbul’s skyline. Each tower features three stepped and glazed residential ‘fingers’ connected by a series of aerial winter gardens, which provide semi-external space for residents and shade the interiors. The bases of the towers are set into a landscaped amenity podium for residents, with extensive retail and mixed-use space beneath.
