Holland Park Villas

This private residential complex in one of London’s most exclusive residential neighbourhoods was commissioned by the developers Grosvenor and Native Land. John McAslan + Partners’ design ensured excellent south-facing views over the landscaped gardens of Holland Park. The design’s use of high quality materials has produced an architecturally refined Modernist mansion block whose form and details convey a calm but stylish gravitas in a mature landscape setting. Crucially, the development funded the design and construction of Holland Park School, which adjoins the site.
